We understand that life can be unpredictable. That’s why we don’t have a cancellation policy. You are free to cancel or reschedule at any time-no fees, no questions asked. We appreciate your consideration. Because we don’t have a cancellation policy, ALL Sales Are Final All prepaid massage services, packages, and gift certificates are non-refundable. By purchasing in advance, you acknowledge and agree that: No refunds will be issued for ANY reason, including but not limited to schedule changes, preference change, or unused sessions. This policy applies to individual sessions, multi-session packages, and gift certificates. While we do not offer refunds, sessions can be transferred to another person, or rescheduled based on availability. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
